We want to make sure your rides are safe. Give us a few minutes to show you the ropes since it’s your first time. The whole team is ready and willing to go through bike set up and ride basics before the class starts.
expect a full body workout
We go beyond Cardio. Pump through a combination of strength and cardio training all in one session. All classes involve upper and lower body movements so don’t be surprised if your back and shoulders and, of course, your core are slightly sore the next day. Just a little swole! 🙂
pay attention to your body
ALL fitness levels are welcome! Remember to ride consciously at all times and push only as hard as your body allow. If there’s any discomfort during the workout, we’re ready to help you out. Call the attention of any of our team members and we will come and help you out.

things to bring
Hydrate throughout the workout. This is an SOP. We encourage all riders to bring their favorite fuel to class. It gets intense at times so we must ALL hydrate.
socks and bike shoes
Please bring your own socks when riding with us. We use indoor cycling shoes with SPD-51 cleats for a smooth indoor ride experience.
We will lend you shoes for free depending on availability of your size. Feel free to bring your own.
It can get really sweaty! Please make sure you have one or two towels to keep you dry. Keep a fresh spare for the post ride sweat! 🙂
