Spin x hiit
An awesome 360 workout that perfectly integrates cycling with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as the finisher. Cycling will rev up your metabolism and the HIIT will keep your body melting fat for up to 36 hours!

Each HIIT class is carefully curated to target the right muscles and maximize your results! We focus on strength conditioning and cardio training workouts designed specifically to get you lean and fit with limited to no equipment needed!

KICKSTART RIDE (*)
Beginners and first-time riders – choose this ride! This ride is for those who are coming back from a long break or those who have not tried indoor cycling or working out before. This ride will teach you the basics of indoor cycling.
THEME RIDE (*)
Enjoy riding to a dope playlist from a specific artist, genre, or theme. Calories will fly off as time flies by. (Ride Time: 55 minutes)
FUN RIDE (**)
Choreographed, rhythm-based pumps, sprints, climbs and lightweight body exercises to ensure a full body work-out. (Ride Time: 55 minutes)
The sweat don’t stop at just spinning! Introducing to you our signature HIIT splits: Upper Body Sculpt, Glutes & Abs, Bottom Toner, Full Body Burn, and Kickstart HIIT! We focus on strength conditioning and cardio training workouts designed specifically to get you lean and fit with limited to no equipment needed!
SPIN + HIIT RIDE (***)
An awesome cycling workout with a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) finisher. Cycling will rev up your metabolism and the HIIT will keep your body melting fat for up to 36 hours! Hello abs! Not recommended for beginners. (Total Time: 60 minutes)
ENDURANCE RIDE (***)
This ride is LIT! This is a longer session that will melt hundreds of extra calories and will build your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Endurance rides will give you the extra calorie burn and work out that you are looking for. Not recommended for beginners. (Ride Time: 70 minutes)

Dress to Sweat
We recommend sporting a tee or tanktop with leggings or form-fitting shorts. Avoid long, loose pants as they can get caught while spinning. If you don’t own shoes, don’t worry! You can rent ours for only P50! Remember to bring socks!
Make sure to drink before class and always bring water to class and stay hydrated!

Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class so that our team can show you around the studio, help you set up your bike, and get you up to speed on what to expect.
